Operating and Maintenance Instructions for Vibration Source Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor
Overview
The vibration source three-phase asynchronous motor integrates power source and vibration source into one unit. It is a highly efficient and energy-saving universal vibration source, featuring compact size, strong vibration force, reliable structure, and convenient operation and maintenance. Abbreviated as vibration motor, other names include: vibrating motor, vibration motor.
This series of products is widely used in industries such as mining, coal, power, chemical, grain processing, metallurgy, casting, light industry, and pharmaceuticals. It is an ideal vibration source for mechanized screening, conveying, crushing, filling, and anti-clogging of bulk materials like powders, granules, and lumps.
This machine can be used as a single unit or in combination with multiple units.
1. Operating Conditions for Vibration Motor
This series of vibration motors can continuously output the rated vibration force under the following conditions:
Vibration acceleration: not exceeding 7g (g: gravitational acceleration)
Ambient temperature: not exceeding 40°C
Altitude: not exceeding 1000m
Power frequency: 50Hz
Voltage: 220V, 380V, 660V
Temperature rise: less than 80K (resistance method)
2. Vibration Motor Model Description
The XVM series product model consists of three parts (as shown in the example below):

II. Operation and Maintenance of Vibration Motor
This machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.
During the initial operation of the machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
If the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
The motor should be well lubricated; replenish No. 3 molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease every 720 hours of operation, with the amount being 1/3 to 2/3 of the bearing cavity.
After the motor has accumulated 2000 hours of operation, inspect the bearings. If severe damage is found, replace them immediately.
When using the motor after it has been idle for a long time, measure the insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter. It should be greater than 0.5 megohms.
